Shower Door Styles: Corner Enclosure/Multi Panel/Neo Angle |
| Rating: (0 Readers)

Shower door styles have much more to offer the consumer than in the past. A shower door can be a simple sliding panel added to an existing bath tub shower setting, or it can be much more than that. Shower doors can be used to create a showering area that has its own special place in the bathroom.

Single Door or Two Panel: For preexisting shower enclosures a single door or two panel enclosure may be the only addition needed. There are many styles of doors that can be framed in or frameless. Two panel enclosures can be a combination of a stationary panel and a door to enter the shower. They can also consist of a sliding design in which both panels can slide to access the shower.

Corner Enclosure. Though it may not work in all bathroom layouts, the corner enclosure is a great design and can be a great way to economize space is the bathroom. As with door and panel, styles can be framed or frameless.

Multi-Panel. Multi-panel enclosures can be used from traditional sunk in showers or for corner showers. Instead of just one panel and one door, the multi-panel design has a door and two or more panels. The multiple panels add design style and the perfect choice for certain bathroom types.

Neo Angle. The neo angle design takes multi-paneling to the next level. Instead of walling in a corner, the neo angle doors come out from the wall to increase shower space and add a geometric dimension to the shower enclosure. As with other styles, these enclosures can be framed or frameless, and can use a variety of glass types. It is the best way to get the most space out of your bathroom for a shower enclosure.

When considering adding a shower door to bathroom design, it is important to talk to an experienced professional who can determine the right style for a given bathroom design. It is a huge addition to any setting and must be done properly to provide the best enhancement of the home.
